All the need to knows

  • Friendly reminder to check your passport expiration date. We recommend having a six month grace period for your expiration date. Per Italy's guidelines, your passport must be at least 3 months valid beyond your planned date of departure. It's never too early to renew them!

  • We highly recommend arriving to Italy on Thursday, May 28th. This will leave room to beat jet lag, figure out any delays if they happen, and adjust to the Italian lifestyle!

  • The transportation to Le Filigare on Friday, May 29th will leave Florence at 1:00pm.

    The meeting point will be communicated soon.

    The transportation from Le Filigare back to Florence on Monday, June 1st will be at 10am with arrival at 11:00am in Florence.

  • All celebrations will take place at the vineyard, Le Filigare. All events will be held outdoors besides the dancing after dinner!

  • You do not need to rent a car for the wedding weekend! We are organizing a transportation service to and from Le Filigare.

  • We’re so excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend! We’ve planned a series of special events, and it would mean the world to us to have you at each one. With a small guest list, every person attending holds a special place in our hearts—your presence at every celebration truly matters to us!

  • May into June is our favorite time to vacation in Tuscany. Temperatures will range from 75–80°F with cooler evenings.

  • Breakfast will be served daily from 8am to 10am. In addition to breakfast, The Le Filigare bistro serves sandwiches, pastas, and salads daily. You can enjoy wine and cocktails from the a la carte menu. The bistro accepts euros and credit cards as payments.

  • Yes, you need an Italian adapter. To charge your electronics, we recommend purchasing a European wall outlet adapter. Search “European Travel Plug Adapter” on Amazon. They have plenty of options.

    For hair/styling tools, we recommend purchasing a specific European hair tool. If you need advice or help on which to choose, please reach out to Ashley!

  • If you typically stream your clothes or plan to wear linen, yes we recommend bringing a travel steamer!

    The hotel provides irons by request if needed.

  • We recommend bringing a few hundred euros for your trip to Europe.
    You can request euros from your local bank—this is usually a free service, but be sure to plan ahead so they have time to order currency if it’s not in stock.

    Pro tip: Ask for smaller bills to make purchases easier once you arrive!
